ELA is a non-profit 501(3)c organization that works with Northeast
Ohio schools to provide a dynamic, results-based youth leadership
program for
students in grades six through twelve.
ELA’s mission is to help young people turn their potential into
performance by developing their most valuable asset – themselves. This
innovative, “inside out” self
development process focuses on three critical elements: personal
leadership,
healthy behaviors, and interpersonal skills.
