ELA is a 501(3)c non-profit organization that works in
partnership with schools and other youth development organizations to
provide dynamic leadership and development programs for students in
grades 6-12 and adults that impact on student lives.
This innovative and unique
"inside out" process focuses on several critical elements: personal
responsibility, self-empowerment, healthy behaviors, anti bullying
behaviors, "giving back", interpersonal and communication skills and
